Information for Your Stay at Villa Patrizi

Here are the most frequently asked questions for planning a stay at Villa Patrizi on Italy's island of Capri.

  • Check-out: from 8 to 11 a.m.

Do you have wifi?

Yes, there is free wifi in all our rooms and common spaces.

Do your bathrooms have tubs?

Yes, our standard rooms with outdoor patios have bathtubs.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, we have a small pool on the solarium terrace. The swimming pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm.

Do you have a car park?

No, during the season that our villa is open to guests you cannot bring your car on Capri. You can only get around on the island (and to and from Villa Patrizi) via taxi, bus, or on foot.

How do we get to Villa Patrizi?

Take a taxi or the San Costanzo bus and get off at the Curva Telecom stop. The entrance to the villa is just a few steps downhll on the left.

How do I know which bus stop I need to get off at?

Bus stops on Capri don't have official names, so just ask the bus driver to please let you off at the Curva Telecom stop. You will recognize it from the former telecomunication headquarters with antennas.

Can I get to Villa Patrizi by taxi?

Yes, unlike many hotels on Capri, Villa Patrizi is not in a pedestrian-only area so you can be dropped directly outside the entrance by taxi. You do not have to walk or use a porter service for luggage.

How far away of the nearest beach?

The Marina Grande beach is about a 10-minute walk, and is the largest beach on the island. There is a stretch that is free public beach, and a stretch that is a beach club. The road to the beach is downhill, so to return to the villa after the beach, we suggest taking the bus or a taxi.

Do you have rooms for smokers?

Our rooms are all no smoking, but you can smoke in the garden or on your private terrace.

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes, you can request breakfast at an additional charge. There is an electric kettle for coffee and tea in each room.

Can I bring my pet with me?

No, unfortunately we do not allow pets.

Are there shops and restaurants nearby?

Yes, in just 10 minutes you can walk to the center of Capri where there are shops, boutiques, cafès, and restaurants. The largest supermarket on the island is also 10 minutes away on foot, open until late in the evening in the summer months.

How can I get to the Piazzetta in Capri town?

The medieval Via Acquaviva lane is just outside the villa, formerly the only road between the port and the center of Capri. It's about 500 meters uphill to the Piazzetta.

Are there buses and taxis all day?

Yes, during the summer buses run until late into the night and taxis are available 24 hours a day.

Can you arrange a tour or day trip for us?

Yes, we can book boat tours or arrange other day trips upon request.
